My contract should have been cancelled long ago

I had a contract with cell from 2010 however lost it within a month. I called and I was advised that there is not much that can be done. I continued paying a sim card that I do not use and its been over 36mnths now. I believe that as much as I was called about the phone Cell C must call and ask if I want to continue with their contract instead of reaping me off. The worst part is when their consultant calls to tell me I owe them money for the past months that I do not even use. The 1st consultant who helped me should have advised me to lock the sim card instead of making me pay for Express music phone more than thousands.

Cells C reaps of people who have little knowledge about things and they make make out of scheming people. My phone should at least been converted into prepaid after the 24 months period Cell C... I will not pay any outstanding amounts and will certainly take this further. If your mission is about serving, then teach your consultants to advise customers about options they can use. You could have advised me to lock the sim or swap it, finish and klaar. I pity anyone who still prefers you as their service provider.
