Fail to implement change of address

On 24 December last year, a week before moving home, I telephoned the number for subscribers and requested a change in residential address of my weekly YOU magazine from 1 January. I went through the details of the new address etc. with the telephone agent, who assured me the change had been captured. The first week in January, the magazine was not delivered to my new address, but my old one. (I have to specially drive there to go and check) - so I phoned again, spoke to another phone agent who took the same details and made the same assurances that the delivery address would be the new one. Yet again, the next issue was delivered to the previous address!!! So frustrating!!! What more do you expect from one???!!! I then sent an email to them, requesting, AGAIN, the same thing. This week, where was the issue delivered?.. you got it... my old address!!! Please, someone sort out the internal communication system which us supposed to be reliable and immediate?!
