Illegitimate premium deduction

I cancelled an expired contract during December 2012. Vodacom carried on deducting the premiums in Jan and Feb 2013. They refunded me the two months premiums, but are now refusing to pay interest on the illegitimate deductions.

When I send emails to [Email Removed] I get responses that the emails have been blocked, as they are classified as SPAM. So emails to the Vodacom CEO's office are blocked as spam by their own spam filters. Wonderful. And Vodacom is a telecommunications company. And one cannot even communicate with the CEO's office.
