I apparently have a contract with 8.ta which also came with a cellphone (not sure of the make) which is now in arrears and I'm blacklisted for something I have no clue of. I received a letter/statement in April 2012. I personally took my time, went to the nearest police station and made an affidavit, certified my copy of ID and took it to the 8.ta shop in Menllyn Mall.
They made copies and gave me the originals and sent them to Melanie Misselhorn and Lovedelia Rikhotso in June 2012.
Until date I'm in credit bureaus for something I have no idea of. I have again sent the same documents I sent in 2012 to them again.
I'm very disgusted with the way the matter has been handled.
