Purchased a 3g with 2 gig of data
Asked if this would work in my area (Fairland) was told it would. Asked when the data was depleted could I load more bundles - was told I could.
Signal is horrid - spend more time re-loading than actually using it (complained via your website 2/1/2013 - you only responded 11/1/2013
Called your call centre to find out how to load another 1gig.
Was told to purchase R150 airtime and then I could load. Did not work. Now I am sitting with airtime that is not needed.
Called your call centre again and was told that I cannot add on bundles
Was told to go back to Eastgate (50 km drive) and take the contract - in the age of technology there must be another way.
