Hi there
After sending my phone in for its soft ware up grade to fix the problem with the signal error that i get, that took 2 weeks... had no phone. Then i collected it on the 20th.
And guess what it still has not been resolved or fixed or anything for that matter... so i phoned cell c call centre and got told oh please i must send it in again.
I'm angry and not impressed what so ever... so what i must send my phone in and be left with out a phone again. This is totally unacceptable, if i know what the problem is then why can cell c NOT fix it :(
Replace the phone or do something about this???
