I have been having serious cell phone problems for literally months, in fact since since last year. After many failed attempts to repair my unit Nashua Westrand agreed to give me a new phone. When the phone arrived it had no battery or charger so they gave me the same one as before. It came in a box marked Smartlab. I thought nothing of it. However, after three days the phone was doing exacly the same thing again. I became suspicious and contacted the number on the Smartlab box. They confirmed they only rework and repair phones but do not supply new ones. Hence this was not a new phone at all but another faulty phone from someone else I suispect. The faulty phone is again with Nashua who will test and repair. This is unacceptable. I want a new phone as promised and which I am paying for on my contract each month. I have been a Nashua client since cell phones first arrived in South Africa and this is the treatment I get for my customer loyalty. Shocking to say the least.
