Poor service mtn waterfront

I went to waterfront to upgrade from my phone to a sony tablet, initially they told me that it will take two days to convert the sim from voice to data, but when i went yesterday they told me that it is not converted yet. I then phoned today, and to my surprise i was told that it actually takes 8 days to convert. Needless to say that i am beyond infuriated, because i were given incorrect information and the fact that it takes 8 days to convert a sim card (do you send it to China?) The service i received is appauling and the appathetic behaviour of your staff is not helping either. Upon threathening to move all 3 of my contracts i have with mtn, i was told to go ahead as they couldn't care less. You spend millions of rands on marketing to get customers, when you could have kept them by simply giving them what they pay for.
