My service provider is Nashua Mobile, and have have made various complaints about my incoming calls that I am not receiving and no internet access, although it shows I have full coverage and 3G. Nashua Mobile has contacted Cell C and The Network group, filled in all your forms and nothing is happening. You have wel said that Cell C is busy doing upgrades and repairs but that was a few weeks ago and there is no improvement. This is my second complaint directly to Cell C as I am past being frustrasted. I am not going to try and tell you how disappointing it is, I am going to give you a few facts:
From 27/01-26/02 I received 1944 call, and made 128??! Unexplainable? From this 1944 is personaly counted about 210 - only incoming calls that did not get through, the duration was 00:00:01 and they were minutes and seconds apart - easily up to 6 calls from the same number. This doesn't account for the calls I make which wouldn't go through.
I understand that you don't have access to Nashua Mobile's clients' info, but I am so desperate that I will personaly come to you with my information.
