I gave in my phone on 14-03-2013. It was something wrong with the on and of button on a samsung s3 mini.
They said we will have the phone or a new phone back in 2-4 days.
The rule is you get a new phone if there is something in the first 7 days.
But you wait fore ages.
I want a response in the next 3 hour others will take it further.
