I previously complained on hello Peter about telkom making me deceased for no reason and got given an escalations number ARS 223288 with ref to number 011 4322342. Nothing was done on Telkoms side and I have done everything possible and only have one option for uncapped adsl and that is to move to a different ISP. All I want is to find out how telkom can stop sending me (a deceased account holder according to them) accounts?
