LINE ACTIVATION

I am waiting for my line to be activated for the past week now? In the mean time, Cell C has already debited my account for this new line, I have also spent I don't know how much on calls to Cell C - with no one getting back to me or just being on hold for 10 - 15 minutes at a time. Come on guys - it can't be that difficult, can it?
