Cell C is not only a network but has employees as well. I am now at a poin of taking legal action against cell c. It seems every time I lay a complaint I do not get any feed back until I post a complaint on hello peter. cell c has double debited my account and refuses to put the money back into my account they have charged me bank reversal fees even though I had informed them I will be paying cash, suspended my line without notification and I am now waiting for almost a week 2 have my line re-connected. Cell c has put me through a lot of inconvenience, I've had to change my sim card and now have lost all my contacts and images because my phone memory has been wiped out. The longer I wait for a response the more frustrated I become. I am now going to research the consumer protection act and will wait for someone to call me back.
