I am a proud Cell C customer, and I like their products and prices. But this Get It thing is getting on my nerves. A day after I agreed to take it up, after thinking about it thorough, researched and realized that I will never need it, I called them to cancel the product. They promised to call me back to process the cancellation, but nothing. At the end of this month, I am expected to pay for something I did not use and do not intend to use. This is unfair and would like something to be done about it.
