How do I get Cell C to respond to my complaint? My postings on HelloPeter get their standard apology the following day, and it goes no further. The promises they make just don't materialize. Come on Cell C, you don't deserve me as a customer. How long do you intend ignoring me, or are you going to be professional enough to actually deal with my previously logged issue once and for all? Don't acknowledge this posting if you don't intend following through immediately.
