Cell c direct's unrealistic customer service

I was called by cell c last year around end of July. They were trying to sign me up for their top up account. I agreed to a top up account and in August when I got to use the phone I realized it was an open line. I called them and explained that I think I got the wrong product. It took them 3 months to change the product. It took a month to be in effect. I payed too much money and it was not my fault. I requested that they pay me back the money I had not signed up for and they are telling me that I paid for my usage. And with blackberry updating at all times it was not easy for me to used only 100 mb, 100 airtime and 100 SMS. It had been 3 months now having requested and they said they will check their records. No one ever called to tell me what they found. I called them in December after the 15th to inform them that I have changed jobs and will be getting paid on the 15th not month end any more. We agreed that they will debit on 15th and they now want to debit twice. On top of that there is an extra R100 on my December invoice that they say it's mixed with November billing that I paid for already. The service is stressing me. I pay a lot more than agreed
