MTN have still not closed my account, and are still submitting to Transunion, my account was closed in 2009, since then I have complained multiple times, and in 2011 lodged a dispute with Transunion, whereafter MTN claimed the account was closed.
Its now 2013, and MTN are still submitting an open account as paid up to Transunion - I'll now be lodging a dispute with what ever ombudsman is available, as MTN are cleary incapable of the closing an account after 4 years of requesting this continually
