I recently called the MTN SP contact centre to cancel my contracts. I was transferred to a lady in collections who advised me that should I cancel my contracts before the 18/12/2013 I will not be billed this. Today the 28/12/2013 I am billed for contracts I no longer have. I called the contact centre, an agent advised me that they cannot reverse the fees. I find this unacceptable. To be charged for something I do not have. I want this money reversed.
