INCORRECT BILLING, being charged for 2 contracts

To Whom It May Concern
I Raksha Roopnarain had renewed my contract on a Data Laptop contract which was R199.00pm
I had the contract for -2months and requested it to be cancelled as I was being incorrectly billed and the laptop was dialing out on its own... investigations were to be done and I was to be reimbursed and to date I was not! On cancellation I renewed on the IPHONE 4s for R329.00pm giving Cell C a second chance to do things right instead of moving to another service provider.
Upon my first detailed billing for the I Phone I went into the Gateway branch querying the bill and they had said they cannot help and I must take up with customer services but the bill was looking incorrect.
From the 1st bill I have queried and queried and to date has had the most pathetic response one would ever expect! This is my 4th bill for this contract and still being incorrectly billed. I have queried every month and to date has had no feedback. On the 17 December 2012 I posted a comment on the Facebook Wall of CellC and within minutes I got a response asking what happened and I took me putting a public post to get an answer, i was being charged for a cancelled contract and current one, help
