To whom it may concern.
I had problems with setting up my v-mail service for months now and ironically today i called in the 1st time and spoke to a lady called Felicia who informed me that i need to reboot my phone and it should work but however my issue was still not resolved (FCR was never met)
I called back again after 10min and got through to Terry from Polokwane and she rendered an exceptional service to me, resolved my query in just 1 phone call and she showed the willingness to assist me.
This issue has been frustrating to me since i was loosing many important calls and i was just on the verge of porting out.
MTN needs more CSR's like Terry who have the ability to be empathetic and resolve issues.
