The litany of empty promises i have been served over my contract could provide the basis for a book! First line service (who can do little more than log a service complaint) are helpful but their 2nd line support?? in turn is pathetic!!
Neotel are happy to promise you have signal and to sign you up contractually - but clearly their coverage software is riddled with huge holes because i am one of many contract customers that has been duped into the promise. Be prepared for empty promises. 2nd line service wont deliver. Be prepared to spend hours and hours of time wasted - not only on the telephone logging service complaints - but your time and additional expense completing necessary work online at Internet cafes or wherever alternative connection - coupled in turn with all the travel time and associated cost to your business to do this.
Whatever you do - do not trust Neotel coverage promises. At very least insist upon a working demo of whatever option you are considering- and make sure you do this at your own premises where you intend to use the bulk of your connectivity. Take heed or suffer the equivalent of contempt that no honest customer deserves. You have been warned.
