Brilliant Service to a Cellphone Technophobe

I visited Cellucity Tygervalley yesterday on recommendation and I must say how pleasantly surprised I was. The customer service, friendliness, competence, efficiency and customer care was of the highest standard. Not only did they explain different kinds of cellphone options (remember I am switching from BB to Iphone) Cornel took his personal phone for me to fiddle with... I entered the shop set on buying a new BB Z10. Cornel went the extra mile, reviewed my account and even suggested I go on a lower subscription because I am under utilizing and overpaying. Morne took over and treated me with cotton buds and kindness. THey even transferred all my info and explained to the T what was going to happen for the next 4 - 24 hours. WELL DONE CELLUCITY - recommended to anyone with no patience, zero tolerance and seeking excellent service!
