On the 10th day of receiving my new cell phone on contract that is insured-the phone blacked out and would not respond. I returned it to vodacare who kept the phone for 2 weeks. On return of the phone I was informed that there is no problem with it. I was advised that I should have returned it within 7 days of receipt of the phone.
After 2 weeks the phone blacked out again and had to return it to voda care. I was given the worst service ever by a consultant by the name of Brenda. I had to call the manager Onkabetse for assistance.
They had to use a system call ZOOM to reboot the phone and force it to switch open. After 2 weeks the phone blacked out again and has to take it back.
While waiting they failed to switch it on and kept it over night. As we speak I HAVE NO PHONE!!!
The debit order will collect as per usual for a device that hardly fuctions.
