I purchased a Cell C giga 100, Have been a cell C Data customer for 4 years, but since the giga 100 i hardly get any internet speed. If i use my old top up data sim card the speed is perfect.. The technicians came out did all sorts of tests and said i must do a sim swop, which i did. Still the same issue.. I've called cell C again and im still waiting technicians to come out..
I think Cell C throttle Giga 100 but are not telling. If this is the case I want a refund so I can rather use Mtn, Vodacom or 8ta Data. Ive tested all these providers in my modem, including my top up Cell C data sim card and all card perform at no less than 1, 5Mbps downlaod.. But my giga 100 sim card, ( second one art that) will not go over 1Mbps.. (0, 56 Mbps average) And mtn was the best giving 5.9Mbps download on the one test I did..

So maybe someone from Cell C can tell me Im being throttled and refund me or fix the dam issue Please.. Im so annoyed now.. I now use wifi hotspot off my ipad or iphone to get things done...
