Two Weeks???

On the 18th of January 2013 I applied for 2 contracts on one application.

For each contract I ported from Vodacom (prepaid) - so the application could not be processed until I brought both Sim-cards in.

I took both Sim-cards in on the 21st of January 2013.

By the 23rd of January one of the Sim-cards went offline, which means the port request went through successfully for that number.

Given from the Middelburg branch informed me that the application was approved, and as soon as both ports go through, I would be able to get the ported Sim-cards and device/s attached to the contracts.

It is now the 4th of February 2012 - and the other Sim-card has still not been ported. In these 2 weeks, one of the Sim-cards has been offline because they will not release the successfully ported Sim until the other Sim is also successfully ported. Two weeks without one of my numbers? This is insane.

Given has kept me constantly up to date and has tried her best to resolve the situation with 8ta national - but someone at the porting/technical department is sleeping on this.

This is horrible service - sort your porting out!

How do you expect me to sit without my primary number for two weeks?
