Prompted to ported to Cell C by marketing campaign claiming cheaper data and superior service. I received OBF phone, returned it within 7days, I was assured resolution by in-store consultant within 7days, which never happened, no phone call to communicate delay. Returned to shop and was told it would take at-least another 7 working days, and received assurances that I would be kept in touch with progress of repair- no contact whatsoever from in-store assistant. Only good thing I have received is courtesy phone, and shoddy service. As a result, once phone is fixed I intend to port pack to MTN, rather " the devil you know"
