I got a samsung Galaxy phone. I got my contract in Dec 2012 and since then the phone has been sent in for repairs 3 times! Seems like everytime they just replace the battery! I am fedup no really, cosdting me pertol to travel up and down, and have to wait 21 days! What kind of customers service is this??? I insited I wanted a new phone. I was told by Denishree Chetty that if the phone does not work after the 2nd time it has been repaired, they will replace it! Which never happened. The phone was sent in again!!! I am relly fedup with Cell C, they really don't know how to treat their customers!
