Today Adnaan phoned me to follow up on my Hello Peter complaint (I thought I would be furnished with an ITC number by now...). He was going to follow up with Promenade store as soon as they open at 9 this morning... not sure what he found out. Cos I when to store myself today, and the lady (Vanessa) said nobody phoned and she (misplaced my form?) can't remember me (5/12/13) filling in a form to be faxed to VODACOM in order to get ITC number (cos it was offline)... and today it is offline again when she tried. For all practical purposes I guess tracing my cell is zero... and I seriously need to speak to A SENIOR MANAGER, because this is not good service!! Please assist...
