Non activation of contract

I am very dissapointed with vodacom.

i took out a contract at the vodacom store at columbine centre on the 16th December 2013.

I already received an sms informing me that Vodacom will be billing my account in the next few days but the contract has not yet been activated, i.e. the free minutes and data has not been allocated to my contract.

They quick to debit your account but useless with sorting out their back office issues.
