I sent in a complaint last week about a package that was incorrectly loaded. I phoned the ineffective call centre that is nothing more than a waste of time! I went back to the Service Centre and was promised that the matter would be sorted out!
Yet again, MTN have excelled in not doing anything except promising custonmers lip service. Do you want me to pack the phone up and bring it back and cancel the upgrade? I am about to do just that!
If you cannot get your processes right, then get out of the business of dealing with customers!
Fix my account up! Or lose me forever as a customer! There are other options in the market, who I am sure, offer better service than you do!
This phone will be returned tomorrow, and the upgrade cancelled, reverting to the existing contract which expires 15 May!
