Last week I was informed that I did not have enough credit to take out a cell c contract for their straight up 200 deal with iPhone. Later on my mom went into a store to take it out for me and we were told by all staff at the Carlsward store that if my mom signed surety, their would be no questions asked about my credit record, therefore I could have the contract in my name. However after sending me on a Wild goose chase to get all my papers in order and driving back to their store (30 min away from home!) numerous times because they didn't inform me correctly of all they require! I sat in their store for 3 hours today, with the phone in front of me, before one employee decided to activate the contract and then tell me that the surety won't help me and I cannot get the contract. I have never been so furious in all my life. Cell C staff have no idea what is going on, and that store is just highly incompetent. I plan on calling their head office and causing a ruckus because this is nonsense! How can surety not help? How could they waste my WHOLE morning?
Annoyed, angry and unbelievably upset to say the least.
