I recently convinced my partner to move from Vodacom to Cell C whom I have been with for some time and with whom I have been happy. At the end of April this year they had an ad for a package on the new I Phone 5. We went into the Cresta store to get the deal and they didn't have stock but said they would order one. 2 weeks later the store called to say they had the phone. We went in and when we did the deal it turns out to be R100 a month more than the ad. When we complained we were told that there was nothing they could do. Take it or leave it. When I called their Head Office they blamed the store. When I called the store they blamed. We took the deal because we couldn't wait another 2 weeks for the phone. blame the store and the store, a franchise, blame Cell C. Bottom line is when her contract comes to an end so will her dealings and mine with these. These people don't seem to understand the concept of customer relationship longevity. They caught us now but will end up loosing 2 contracts in the end. And just wait when some chop starts calling me when the contract nears completion to renew them. They will get spoken to like I was spoken to by Cell C staff.
