Terrible service from this company- CANT TAKE IT

On the 19TH OF March 2013 i tried to phone a customer and yet my phone tells me I have been blocked to
make calls. I phoned 8TA regarding the matter and they informed me i have a limit on my cellphone usage a month, i have to contracts with them which of both goes well over a thousand rand a/month each. Therefore they decided to add a soft block / suspension without any notice on my phone and my wifes phone. We use the phones for business and personal matters. They requested i pay R800 and they will reactivate my services ASAP But it can take up to 24hrs. I had a funeral that i had to attend to yesterday. As i came back i made a direct deposit into your account. Phoned the call centre and email this proof of payment to Thandeka. She assured me she will do the nessasary steps to help us. I received an email 20/03/2013 and she couldn''t see the copy of the proof of payment well. I re email it to her. Haven't heard a word from her yet. I phone yet again (4th time) and they said they can allocate the payment. The inform me the querie is at the back office and it may take up to 5 working days to re activate my phone and my wifes phone. I am hadit with you. I want it solved TODAY!!!
