Incompetent staff!!!

I wanted to port from MTN to Cell C on Saturday and after waiting in one line for 30minutes, finally got to see an assistant. I told him that I wanted to port, he presses a few buttons on his computer and gives me a new cell c simcard telling me it will be active in 24 hours. 24 hors later, nothing has happened. I call customer care, tha agent says to wait a few more hours. I do that. I call customer care AGAIN in the evenning and the only then, the call centre agent lets me know that porting is only done Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. What sort of nonsense is this. She sends me a flyer saying that if ported over the weekend, the changes will only occur from Tuesday. This after having ported on Saturday morning and essentially not being able to conduct business on my phone. Today is Tuesday and I am still on MTN!! The staff firstly don't know what their job is, what they should be informing customers about and then take forever to get anything done. What should take 24 hours has taken 72 hours AND COUNTING!!
