After 5 weeks waiting for a contract transfer, MTN sms me to inform me that I am over committed, in what sense??? After two hours of phoning MTN to get a person to verify/explain/tell me what the actual reason is, every one is passing it to another department, from sales to customer support to legal to credits. After phoning head office 0119123000 and requesting a manager, or the CEO to talk to me, I get no response!!!
Yesterday two people would have phoned back, I am still waiting.
This is the most shameful service delivery of MTN!!! After phoning the branch this morning THREE times, I just had to leave a message as no one answers the phone, and still zero response!!!
