In January this year after signing up for my 2nd Cell C contract, my handset from my first contract (a Blackberry 9380) started giving me problems after only 4 months, so I sent it in with cell c for repairs in "very good condition" and when my phone was handed back to me it was scratched quite deeply on the back cover and when I questioned this the consultant at the Phoenix Plaza branch kindly informed me she will look into it... I was never contacted about it.

A few weeks later the handset is still. faulty and when I had the very same problem with the handset on my Vodacom contract it was replaced with a brand new phone. Yes, Vodacom costs a bit more but the service is excellent.
When I emailed Cell C on The 3rd of March about the incident, a person by. the name of Ramothobi Naledi emailed me on the 5th of March asking for my details, I emailed immediately... In the 9th of march I emailed again because I still was not contacted to which I was sent an electronic response emailed.
