No data service in the evenings for 2 months

I posted a complaint on the 13th of March 2013. Cell C responded to the complaint asking for a bunch of info which I sent to them. Since then I have had no feedback from Cell C. This is unacceptable as I need to be able to work in this period. Please rectify the issue immediately.
