Through trying to add a second data bundle to the free monthly promotional data on my Vodacom contract, I have lost my free promotional data all together. Two months and many hours on the phone, Vodacom have verbally taken accountability and assured me the issue would be resolved. Disappointingly nothing has been resolved. In desperation I shot off an e-mail to "customer relations consultant - Clive Nkos and "Advance Data Support team - Craig Cicero that has also proven fruitless and resulted in an unnecessary extra R250 on my monthly invoice. The level of service from the 082 111 team and Vodacom in general on this matter has been simply discussing.
