This contract package used to be great, fast internet upload and download speeds. The last year a sharp decline in speeds were noticeable, the last two months however has been a nightmare. Networks are constantly switched from WCDMA to HSPA to EDGE. Upload speed is currently 0.12kb/s, download speed 0.0kb/s to 0.5kb/s. I have reported this 3 times to the call center, nothing has been done. Apparently they did try to reach me after the first complaint was made on my work phone number on Sunday 2/06/13 at 16:20? At which time I am obviously not at the office. It has become impossible to do my job and I am getting more angry at 8ta every day. This has lead to loss of income and clients as I cannot supply them with the service needed. They keep on receiving money at the end of each month but do nothing to provide the service we pay for! Last year I even had various people sign up for the service, I regret even mentioning the service to them and will certainly not recommend it to anybody ever again.
