The MyCellC website has been down for several days (if not weeks). I need to track my data usage since data on the cell phone networks are so ridiculously expensive that I cannot afford to let it go over my bundle limit. They state that you can call *147# or customer service. The sim cards is in a router so I can't call or sms using it. I am definitely not going to take it out of the router every day to check my usage. There is also no indication on the site of when it will back or why it is down.

I tried sending an email using the website and that also does not seem to work.

I am extremely dissatisfied with CellC!
