I bought a 5 15GB data package and requested that the personnel at the Brooklyn Cell C shop provide the correct USSD code that will show both the normal as well as the night-owl usage. This they failed to do.
I then requested the info from a call centre and it did work on an old Android phone I had.
The old Android phone stopped working and thus with a normal sized SIM I cannot insert it into my Galaxy S3 which only takes micro SIMS. So I bought a Huawei E5331 mobile router and used the Cell C website to check my usage and ensure I stay within the 5 15GB data limits.
For the past week or more the Cell C "My Account" site has been offline and I cannot determine how much data I have used. I've left messages via the website and Facebook but get no response.
How can such a crucial function be offline? If I go over my night-owl limit do not to bill me!
