This is now the third time I have to write on this site in order to get cell c to give some reponse. I have have been waiting for my upgrade phone since the 26th Jan. this is unacceptable. While a phone was sent to me on the 9th march it was not the phone I ordered. I ordered the I phone 5 16g in white. Nothing has been done since and since I have done the order and accepted the terms and conditions of the contract ages ago I expect my phone-the correct one- to be delivered to me tomorrow-no excuses. Given the complete lack of service and incompetence, where cell c staff promise to follow up and phone back and don't, I have to countlessly waste my time following up on this matter, I would expect at least 6 months free subscription since I have been a loyal customer.. This has become really tiresome and it needs to be resolved urgently!!!
