Owning two Blackberries at this stage, not one of them working properly. Both the scrollers works only on certain menus and the support team at my local 082 Vodacom Store in Village Mall admitting to the fact that this is a typical Blackberry problem and that it has to be send back and it will take 7-21 days to be quoted on the costs to repair, it angers me that this service options is so limiting and the audacity to expect the client to pay for something that seems to be a common problem with the Blackberry cell phones and to expect a client to be without a cell phone for such a long period of time to top this all.!!!
