My name is Teboho Makhooa. I opened a contract with vodacom nd the person whu opend the contract with me lekholo in direct sale I told that guy not put other services nd he told me that he won't put the services that I jst told him and hetold me that my airtime won't be forfited it wil be there til my contract end. after 3month I open another contracts it was a blackberry I opend it with mthokozisi I told he told me evryting how can I use dis top up then tomorrow after that the was a lady whu I spoke wif too stop the servise of black berry she told me that its gona take 24 hour too stop that service it 5 to9 not bin stopped blackberry nd other services that I told Lekholo to do themNow after 10 months I found those thing were never stopped nd taking my money more money from my bank account. I told them to concel my contract they told they wil aftr this problenms I told them nd they gona credit back my money that is not a problem it was Jacky the team leader in direct sales nd haily in account it told a months to resolve de queri they call me back o credit me my money on top evry months bin a fool.evryday I bin calling them other 1 is went to a meeting nd other 1 nowhre 2 b foun
