What a disappointment i really think Telkom cannot handle the service they provide and we pay for, due to the fact that we cannot use the internet because we need to phone in to reset the line and spend 45 min ever time to sort out the problem IF we LUCKY!!! I suspect we pay for broadband which Telkom cannot provide at this time is this fare!!! Same of the operators are rude and just tell u the short way the line must be checked AND WE HAVE TO PAY IF NOT FAULTY or the modem is faulty which also happened and we changed it and the new 1 was also faulty according to the operators and was not the case!!! (this happen last year) telkom operators really need training!!!
