Charge for BIS

I received my latest invoice (dated 11/2/13) and I see a charge item for BIS - R51.75, which I do not have, I have a Nokia Lumia 920, recently upgraded in January 2013. Prior to this phone I had upgraded to a Blackberry and after a month or two I had given it away, because I was not happy with it and had cancelled (via the 808 number which is the MTN enquiry number) the BIS. From then on I had received every month a charge for BIS and a discount for BIS for the same amount. Now that I have upgraded again the charge is back on my bill - how is that possible? I am not going to pay for something I do not have! In the meantime I had phoned the 808 enquiry number and stated my problem and unfortunately I must say the consultant was very inefficient and she cannot grasp my problem - saying I need to go back to the store where I had done the upgrade and ask them to correct the contract and I need to pay the R51.75 this month. The more I tell her it is ridiculous the more she dig in her heels - after I had asked her to speak to a manager she said I must hold on... well I am still holding on. She just dissapeared. I have no recourse but to follow this route.
