Last year December I went to one of Cell C branch in Witbank to upgraded my Cell C contract. I received a Samsung Galaxy S111. On the following day I tried to charge the phone however, it couldn't charge. Since I was in JHB and can only return to Witbank on Monday, I then visited the store on Monday to hand back the phone. I was advised that they need to send the phone for repairs in JHB

On the 31st Dec I phone the same branch to make a follow up, I was advised that the phone has not yet arrived back from the repairs. It was one story after another until I decided to write an email to the CEO, within 5 minutes of my email I got a response from the CEO who apologised on behalf of his staff, minutes later, Karin Fourie, an executive, phoned me and advised me that all will be sorted out the following day, ie they will deliver my new handset. The next day Shana another executive phoned me again to confirm my work address and she personally took her time and drove from JHb to Witbank to deliver my new handset. I call this a "brilliant service" from the Top and I want to commend Cell C executive for priding themselves in offering personal attention to individual situation of clients
