I had such a wonderful experience with PG Glass Witbank (Mandela Str) last Friday. I had phoned my insurance company to have my windscreen replaced. They told me that I would be contacted, within the next 48 hours, by PG Glass. However, not even 5 minutes later, PG Glass Headoffice had phoned me to enquire as to the most convenient branch for me. They confirmed that someone from the Witbank branch would phone me within the next 2 hours. Again, not more than 3 minutes later, I received a phone call from Veronica who enquired as to when the most suitable time would be for me to bring my car. They were able to assist me right away. I was greeted in a friendly, enthusiastic way and was assisted, once again, right away. The staff was professional and efficient, and not ONE long face in sight. I would refer anyone to make use of their services and I, for one, will NEVER use anyone else in Witbank for my car window repairs. Great job, guys!!!
