Last month i got my statment for my new phone. i did a upgrade and n transfer as the contract was not under my name but now is.
the statment was for the upgrade and the transfer, all looked wel so i paid the amount.
now today i phone just to make sure that the balance at month end should be 410.00.
the lady tells me that is incorect as i should pay 685 (same as last month) for the upgrade and the transfer fee. i told her i did pay i last month and she said well its showing and i should pay it. i will not pay that again. the t & C if the contract is 410. i called and called and no one is helping me!!!
