Over pill toped off with bad service

I upgraded my contract in Feb 2013 and Paid in so that I could upgrade my phone.
Month 1 there was and extra R120 on my bill for device payment
I asked what is was told it was part upgrade fee.
month 2 again on my account
When I asked what for again told upgrade fee.
Month 3 still R120 extra but now when I asked told it is part pay in for the phone upgrade
I told them I already paid in and they told me no this extra is to cover value of the phone???
then why did I pay and why is there nothing about this in my contract?
I am told they will get back to me...
Month 5 now have given up as every time I send complaint on website or phone in I am told they will look into it and get back to me. And still waiting - and they still cant even tell me how much longer this amount will be coming off either.
